PeopleGraph — one-page security summary

What PeopleGraph is
A browser-based report tool for HR teams: data clean-up, attrition, org charts, succession, hiring, skills, pay equity, calibration and engagement. Every calculation runs on the visitor's own computer.
Where employee data goes
Nowhere but the browser tab. The file is read and processed by JavaScript on the visitor's machine and is never uploaded. The app's Content Security Policy allows network calls only to peoplegraph.co.in, for account, plan and payment requests — never file contents.
The offline test
Sign in, open a report, turn off the network, and run it again. It produces the same result offline.
What the server stores
Account email, company name, plan and payment records from our payment provider. Anonymous event counts: which calculators and reports are used, sample runs, own files loaded and downloads. Each is the event, the report's name and the day. Never the file, never the person. Signing in with Google gives us your email address only. One strictly necessary session cookie; no analytics cookies.
Open source
The data clean-up and org design core is public: github.com/shashi-shekhar-25/peoplegraph. The app's own code is served unminified, so it can be read.
