Your employee file is processed only in your browser and never sent to us. We store your account email, company name, plan and payment records, and anonymous counts of how the site is used. The session cookie is strictly necessary; we do not use cookies for analytics.
What we collect
Your account email, company name and plan. Payment records from our payment provider (Dodo Payments or Razorpay). Anonymous counts: visits, which calculators and reports are used, sample runs, own files loaded and downloads. Each count is the event, the report's name and the day. Never the file, never you. Signing in with Google gives us your email address only.
What we never see
Your employee file. Every report calculation runs in your browser; file contents are never sent to our servers. See the security page for how this is enforced.
Cookies
One strictly necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. We do not use cookies for analytics.
How long we keep data
Account and payment records for as long as your account is open, and as required for tax and accounting records after that.
Your rights
Email [email protected] to see or delete the account data we hold about you.

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
