Headcount, attrition and who is in the building — from the export you already have.
Load an employee export, including the people who left in the last year. PeopleGraph fixes what it can in the sheet, then counts: headcount, attrition by group, tenure, gender balance by band, ratings and potential, spans and layers — each with its definition beside it — and gives you an Excel workbook and a printable report. The file stays in this browser window; nothing on this page uploads it.
Run the sample first
572 synthetic employees of a made-up pharma company, including 74 who left in the last year, with the faults a real export carries. Two seconds.
Then use your own export
Excel (.xlsx) or CSV, one row per employee, headers in row 1. Include leavers from the last 12 months with status Exited and an exit date, for attrition. Only employee code and name are required; each other column switches on more of the analysis. Your column names do not need to match — you check the match on the next screen.
No export handy? — it lists every column and what to put in it.
Check the columns
Matched from your headers. Change any that are wrong. Only code and name are required; the notes say which view each other column feeds.
Count from
Attrition and joiners count the 12 months up to this date, and tenure is measured to it. Use the date the export was taken.
